If you’ve placed your order before 4pm and chosen Royal Mail Special Delivery, then you will receive your item(s) the next working day. If paid after 4pm, within 2 working days. If you’ve placed your order under standard shipping, it will be delivered within 3-5 working days. For full details on delivery please visit our delivery information page.

If you would like to return an item please contact us via our contact form with your order number and a reason for return and we will get back to you within 12-24 hours. You can find full details of our returns policy by visiting our returns information page.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. If you have signed up for an account, simply login by visiting the my account page, click on “my orders” and click on the order that you would like to track. If you have selected a tracked delivery method, then the tracking details will be added to the dispatch email and in My Account / My Orders. If you have not signed up for an account, you can enter the tracking number on the couriers website (e.g. Royal Mail, DHL). Please note that not all delivery methods offer a tracking service.
